Nanotechnology is a multidisciplinary field of applied science that involves knowledge of mechanics, chemistry, physics amongst other disciplines and deals with matter on molecular scale. To be a part of nanotechnology, the object of experiment should not be bigger than 100 nanometers.
The first time the term nanotechnology was mentioned publicly was by American physicist Richard Feynman back in 1959. As a new science, nanotechnology is still sometimes regarded as mystery.

Yet, using the powers of atoms and molecules it had been possible to create a nanocar, a material that is claimed to cure spinal nerve injuries and more. Possibilities are endless. It is believed that some countries already use nanotechnology in spying and as weapons. It is possible to build nanobots to increase manufacturing productivity and to create nano implants to cure different medical conditions.
